Every two minutes, a person is diagnosed. Our founder, David Lee lost his wife to breast cancer. You will be a part of something groundbreaking as we accelerate our commercial launch.

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for building and leading a national team of Strategic Account Managers and Clinical Specialists. This is a unique opportunity to join a company during the first commercialization phase and oversee the growth of the commercial function. What You Will Do:

  • Roll-up your sleeves and build a great team by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
  • Effectively lead the team to close deals that involve both a capital equipment component and a pharmaceutical component.
  • Work with leadership and commercial partners to build, execute, and achieve sales team goals
  • Develop strategies and business plans with each sales team member
  • Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop dashboards and reporting systems for real-time performance tracking across various teams and sales regions
  • Effectively manage, coach, and support a sales team
  • Communicate monthly your plan, resources required, and risks
  • Meet or exceed company and commercial/sales goals and objectives per region
  • Drive team’s individual growth and development as well as your own
  • Attend national, regional, and local tradeshows
  • Organize customer training and support KOL team
  • Through your team, delight customers to create raving fans
  • Ensure solid collaboration and consistent communication between Leadership team, internal commercial partners, and sales team

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required along with 15+ years sales experience in the medical device field (ideally with breast cancer or similar field and capital)
  • Minimum of 7 years related leadership experience and demonstrated success mentoring and developing a team
  • Experience interacting with VAC and P&T committees preferred
  • Startup experience going through a 0-1 growth/go-to-market phase
  • Strong business insight, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of industry trends, clinical data within the space, and customer needs
  • Proven record driving growth and instilling cultural values
  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to adapt leadership style to different situations and people
  • Strong self-direction with a bias for action
  • Ability to build strong relationships and interact effectively with both internal and external customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to travel up to 75%, or as needed. This includes client visits, corporate visits to Newton MA (headquarters), trade shows/conferences, etc.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
